- Work order awarded: After award of the work order required complete list/ excel sheet of State/Area/Location/ villages/ Dealer shop list/ Minimum quantity to be executed in each area along with reporting team details. Required Art work/design to plan the execution .
- Design: As per art work shared by the client, we will share 3 Ratio’s for the approval. Execution will be as per the final approved art work. First, we will share the sample wall for your approval and after your approval the work will start immediately. Type of Logo and fonts will be according to the artwork/approved design.
- Painting colour: All Wall painting will be done by enamel color, no water color be used. Wall painting will be done only in visible place at least 2 feet above the ground.
- Wall Size- We will try to figure out the good visible walls with the average wall size of 200 to 1000 Sqft. All Wall Painting will be done by stencils only – “ NO BRUSH/MANUAL PAINTING”.
- Target Locations: The target locations are visible walls on the national highways. Kindly suggest other target locations i.e. Local Wood Markets/New colonies/ High Rise Societies, Municipal Walls etc. NOTE: for Municipal Walls and Highways Walls the Taxes are borne
by the client.
- Windows/Holes: Some walls having small windows and holes then it will be adjustable in Art work and that will not be hamper the design/art work.
- Whatsapp Group: Our Operation Manager will float the Whatsapp group to update the wall painting GPS enable work proof images on daily basis by adding Head officials Sales Manager/ASI/ZI/Area Incharge etc. and the respective area sale managers with an authority to add your down the line Teams.
- Reporting : We will provide two photographs with different angle for each wall. If any specific requirement for reporting, please brief the same.
- Rectification : In case you find any issues in wall painting work executed in terms of wrong art work/ colour mismatch/ inappropriate wall selection. You can immediately intimate us to rectify the work on time. It won’t be possible to correct the design if the painter has moved from that location to other location.
- Geo tagging : In each wall Sl. No of the wall, size of the wall with be painted. If you need any further details to be printed, please let us know in advance.
- Work proof : Two geo tagging photographs of each wall one is from close view and second is from the long view will be incorporated in the Work proof file . The painter will collect the work proof certificate (as per the required format, if any ) from the respective area head as approval of work done. The work proof file will be submit as supporting along with Bill.

1. In case of long boundary wall with a good visibility, then after the
client’s approval multiple wall Art work in a Queue can be done.
2. Can route plant be deviate if respective reporting head ask to do so?
